50 ml Monks Medella
25 ml black or red grape juice
25 ml Ruby grapefruit juice
25 ml steeped rooibos tea
25ml Monks Medella syrup
1 egg white
Add all ingredients to your shaker.
Dry shake for 30 seconds.
Add ice and shake for another 15 seconds.
Double strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with blackberries.
