MONKS is a dry gin with rewarding ripples of citrus, berries and Cape Buchu. Straight from South Africa, add it to your next cocktails and experience a taste of something gratifyingly glorious.

   

Ingredients

50 ml Monks Medella

25 ml black or red grape juice

25 ml Ruby grapefruit juice

25 ml steeped rooibos tea

25ml Monks Medella syrup

1 egg white

Methods

Add all ingredients to your shaker.

Dry shake for 30 seconds.

Add ice and shake for another 15 seconds.

Double strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with blackberries.
