Salad with Grilled Plums, Goat Cheese and Walnuts
For 4 people
1 bowl of goat cheese balls
50 gr pecan nuts
75 gr mixed lettuce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
1 tsp Chinese five-spices powder
salt and pepper (to taste)
Wash the plums and dry them well. Cut them in half and remove the stone. Lubricate the cutting edges with some oil.
Heat a grill pan on high heat and grill the plums until a nice grill stripe is formed.
Heat a small frying pan on the fire and grill the pecans until they are golden brown. Leave to cool and chop them coarsely.
In the meantime, make the dressing by mixing the ingredients.
Divide the lettuce over a nice bowl and divide the plums, pecan nuts and goat cheese balls over it. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.
