A lovely pizza which will be a perfect match if you serve it in small pieces, next to a glass of wine.
Pear Pizza with Chèvre and Pistachios
For 18 small portions:
1 course pizza day
200 g of cheesy cheese
2-3 ripe pears
1 slice of lemon
2 tablespoons of coarsely-chopped pistachios
some liquid honey
Preaheat oven to 200C°/390F°.
Roll out the pizza dough to a large rectangle.
Grate 7 oz of chèvre over the dough. Slice 2-3 pears in thin slices and arrange them in an overlapping pattern. Squeeze some lemon juice over as well, to prevent browning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
After that, sprinkle on 2 tbsp of chopped pistachios and some runny honey. Serve in small pieces!
