Healthy Granola With Fruit, Seeds and Nuts

This is a great set of healthy granola, that you can sweeten with honey, maple syrup … Take whatever you have: groats, fruits, seeds, nuts… let's clean the pantry!



For 50 servings

1 bag with 250 gr of buckwheat flakes
1 bag with 650 gr of gum flakes
1 bag with 350 gr of oat kernels
1 bag with 400 gr of sunflower seeds
1 bag with 300 gr of pumpkin seeds
1 bag with 350 gr of flax seeds
1 bag with 200 gr of grated coconut
300 gr of almonds or nuts of any kind
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of ground cardamom
1 teaspoon of salt
6-8 cups of water or apple juice
250 gr of dried figs
350 gr of yellow raisins


Put the oven at 175 degrees. Mix all the groats, seeds and grated coconut. Chop the nuts or almonds coarsely and add them. Stir in the spices and salt.

Add the water or the apple juice and with your clean hands, mix it until it becomes a crumbly pulp. Spread it in thin layers over the oven paper sheets, and roast about 10-15 minutes in the middle of the oven, until it gets a little color. Move it once during roasting.

Let it cool. Shred the figs and mix them with the raisins. Enjoy!
