Plums & Blackberry Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream
For 6 people
125 gr of blackberries (fresh or frozen)
100 gr of wholemeal spelt malt
50 gr of butter (cold in cubes)
a pinch of salt
50 gr of sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
vanilla ice cream
Preheat the oven to 200° Celsius. Cut the plums into wedges and put them together with the blackberries in an ovenproof dish.
Put the spelt malt, butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and rub it between your hands until crumbly dough forms. Spread this over the plums and blackberries and make sure they are completely covered.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Serve immediately with a delicious ball of vanilla ice cream!
