Sophia is of Lebanese descent, born in South Africa. She grew up in the kitchens of the women in her family, and went on to study food and wine for six years. Today she works as a chef, running Lebanese cookery classes from her beautiful home kitchen in Cape Town, South Africa, whilst also nbsp;hosting Food Tours to her beloved Lebanon. About to release her sixth cookbook, she loves to travel and get to know interesting places through the tastes and flavours of each country.
Her motto is: There are no rules in the kitchen! Through creative playing the most amazing recipes are born!
