I am a Japanese recipe creator and chef running a catering company in London.  I love food in every way… cooking, eating, watching, creating, feeding etc.  While much of my chef training and experience was gained in restaurants throughout France, my inspiration comes basically from Japan where so many of our cultures relate to food.  I hope you can find Japanese beauty through my food.
