White pizza will always taste fantastic with a glass of red wine.
Serves 4 or 16 as a hors d’ Oeuvres:
1 pizza dough
1 jar of Ricotta cheese
2 dl of finely-grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme
Preheat oven to 200C°/390 F°.
Make the dough, and then roll it out to 4 round pizza bases.
Mix 1 package of ricotta (7 oz) with 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of chopped thyme and a splash of olive oil.
Spread the mixture over the pizza bases and drizzle on some olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden. Slice or cut into wedges.
